Ponca City Community Christian Church’s Disciples Women Sarah Group dedicated a new room for their meetings, bridal parties and other small functions needing a homey atmosphere. Funds for the room were provided in memory of Vera Jean Officer, a long-time, active member of the church’s Christian Women’s Fellowship/Disciples Women.

The gathering, held March 12, was attended by Mrs. Officer’s husband Wallace Officer and daughter Candace Smith, both members of the congregation.
