Gary D. Bell
Responding to God’s call, his ministry journey began while still in high school and, committed to an ecumenical and interfaith approach, he served twenty years in the US Naval Chaplain Corps.
Affirming his continuous growth in faith, his diverse experience spans more than fifty years, serving large and small churches in both urban and rural settings.
Gifted in preaching, counseling, conflict resolution, and Bible teaching, Gary has a special interest in youth work and evangelism. His varied interests, from woodworking to composing songs, reflect a lifetime of experiences.
Intuitive, innovative, and grounded in prayer and scripture, he leads from within the flock, emphasizing encouragement, and the discovery of individual gifts, always listening to the Holy Spirit’s gentle nudges.
The church, as a beacon in a broken world, proclaims God’s love. Gary believes we are all God’s children with eternal souls, and eagerly shares the message of hope, light, and love through Jesus Christ.
